Are any dependencies required to run the Phynix framework?
All dependencies required to run each resource are listed on the package information page. We also recommend using the latest FiveM server artifact version. Default FXServer resources, e.g. chat are preferable to access some functionality.
How long do I have to wait before my package is activated?
You will instantly gain access to your purchased package. Privileges are managed by the Cfx.re team automatically and linked with your FiveM account. If you have trouble with entitlement, please contact us.
Am I able to configure the scripts to my preference?
All of our Escrow protected packages include configuration options and language translations. Both of these are easy to understand and edit. We trust that you will be satisfied with the personalisation available, but will gladly take suggestions and provide options where requested.
How does the subscription renew?
You will be charged every 30 days to continue entitlement, which is paid on your subscription date. The subscription can be cancelled anytime, and you will continue to hold entitlement to your content until the subscription period ends.
How often is the codebase updated?
We are constantly making improvements to our platform, and guarantee that your server will be running using the latest and greatest FiveM functionality. Our code is very well optimised.
Do you offer protection against cheaters?
Our source code is private, and all client-server interactions are fully secure. While we cannot guarantee that our code is entirely free from security vulnerabilities, we take swift steps to resolve these for Escrow protected resources.
When Phynix was used in production, we did not experience any game-breaking malicious event injection. Our framework comes with an anti-cheat system which has previously proven to be incredibly effective when integrated between resources.
How can I try Phynix before buying?
You can experience a modified version of our framework by connecting to our FiveM server through your F8 console. Enter connect showcase.phynix.gg. The server may also be found by browsing the server list for "Phynix Project Showcase".
This server offers you elevated privileges with administrative functions and features readily available for demonstration purposes. All resources which offer webhook integration can be found with their corresponding channel on our Discord server.
