This page tells you information about us and informs you of the legal terms and conditions (the “Terms”) which govern your use of our ("Seller", "We", "Us", "Our") webstore (the "Webstore").
These Terms will apply to any contract between you and the Us in respect of your purchase of video game related products, items and other content (“Products”) on the Webstore (“ Contract”).
Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering from the Webstore. Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these Terms. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to place an order.
You should print a copy of these Terms off or save them to your computer for future reference.
We amend these Terms from time to time, as set out in Condition 4. Every time you wish to place an order, please check these Terms to ensure that you understand the terms which will apply at that time. These Terms were most recently updated on 21st November 2023.
These Terms are only available in the English language.
Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds will only be offered for a Product if it does not meet the description provided. This includes resources with Cfx.re Escrow protection ("Escrow").
If you are eligible for a refund, you will have 7 days to initialise the refund process from the date of purchase.
Any attempts at chargeback will be disputed with Stripe due to digital content being delivered which cannot be withdrawn. If you decide to chargeback, your account may be banned from future Tebex purchases and all Phynix Project platforms.
Restrictions on purchase of Products
You must not purchase the products on behalf of someone else. When you receive entitlement to the Products, they are licensed exclusively to your person.
Restrictions on use of Products
You shall not use the Products for any purpose other than to make personal, non-commercial use of the Products, except as otherwise permitted by this Agreement. You shall not sell, copy, release, rent, lease, license or grant a security interest in the Product to others without our prior written consent.
You shall not in whole or in part, copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, translate, modify, create any derivative work from, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover the source code contained in or pertaining to the Products with Escrow protection.
You shall not release any part, copy, or derivative work pertaining to the Products. A breach of this term may result in legal action taken to recover damages.
Our right to vary these Terms
We amend these Terms from time to time. Please look at the top of this page to see when these Terms were last updated.
Every time you order Products using the Webstore, the Terms in force at the time of your order will apply.
We may revise these Terms as they apply to your order from time to time to reflect any changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
If we have to revise these Terms as they apply to your order, we will contact you to give you reasonable advance notice of the changes and let you know how to cancel your order if you are not happy with the changes. You may cancel either in respect of all the affected Products or just the Products you have yet to receive.
